Sadly even after writing it in order they were delivered a day early. But that didn’t take away from the bouquet’s beauty and size.

I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day. They didn't arrive. However, when I contacted Celines flowers the customer service was top class. They were extremely apologetic and they organised a larger bouquet with chocolates and hand cream thrown in! I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

They ran out of flowers the day before Mother’s Day, I’ve been buying flowers from Celines florist for about 15 years or more, I got a bouquet about 3 weeks ago as well for my mother birthday they lasted about 2 days before they wilted! They don’t seem to care anymore, could you imagine ringing a restaurant to book a table and being told sorry we’ve ran out of food!! How is it possible to run out of flowers the day before Mother’s Day, not on Mother’s Day But the day before!! It’s a joke unprofessional. Never again.

The arrangement was good but the flowers did not seem fresh. Most of the flowers started withering the next day itself. Compared to my previous orders where the flowers looked great even after a week, this order was bit disappointing. For a Luxury bouquet, it was not worth.
